Create your own narrative as you immerse yourself in a World of Storytelling with the Florida Film Academy team at Disney World, Orlando.

Learn how storytelling impacts so much of our lives and experience the role it plays across the parks at Disney World.

Students will experience filmmaking, photography, animation art, theme park design and technology through a unique Creative STEAM Program led by both FFA and the team at Disney Imagination Campus.

We start our week on Sunday afternoon as students arrive at the hotel ready for a fun packed evening of getting to know each other.

Monday – Students begin the week learning about the roles that both creativity and science play in designing Disney attractions.

On Tuesday we begin our journey into the world of storytelling as students learn about Theme Park Design and begin to develop some stories of their own.

This focus on storytelling continues Wednesday as students learn how Disney Imagineers engage all five senses to create story centric immersive environments.

This leads us to Thursday where students add the component of technology to their creative vision.

On Friday students will have the opportunity to make any last-minute changes to their projects before parents arrive for pick up.

Throughout the week students participate in various hands-on activities and work as teams to brainstorm, experiment and solve creative challenges. In between workshops students will put their story ideas into production across filmmaking, art and photography challenges and of course there will be plenty of time to have fun at the Parks!
